Using AIRSystem

AIRSystem helps you manage ACMs efficiently, from documentation to removal planning. Here’s how different users can access and use AIRSystem:

Government agencies

  • Log in to AIRSystem with your credentials. New users can contact us to request access.
  • View your dashboard for real-time building and ACM data.
  • Upload and update asbestos registers, survey reports, photos, floor plans, clearance certificates and removal records.
  • Review ACM risk assessments and monitor updates as they happen.
  • Authorise on-site users (e.g. hygienists) to access and update data in real time.
  • Receive alerts for urgent ACM removal, and generate reports instantly.

Hygienists and surveyors

  • Access AIRSystem to review existing documentation before site visits.
  • Select buildings to verify, update or add ACMs and record sample results.
  • Upload images and notes directly from the site.
  • Update and QA surveys, on and off site, using live data.

Contractors

Includes all types of contractors who require building access, including tradespeople, maintenance workers, facility managers, security staff, IT and telecommunications specialists, lift technicians, fire safety personnel, demolition crews and more.

  • Access digital registers via a secure link or QR code – no paper copies.
  • Complete a short induction form to gain temporary, read-only access to site-specific ACM data.
  • View up-to-date information for the duration of your visit.

Reporting

AIRSystem offers a range of live, ready-made reports to analyse your data by category (e.g. product type, risk level). Easily export these reports to Excel or PDF.
